Our designated shipping days for fish are Monday and Tuesday.
Please note that shipping may not be possible when temperatures in your area are over 90 degrees Fahrenheit
and below 40 degrees Fahrenheit.
In some situations, you may be required to pick up at your nearest postal office for the safety of the fish.
HOW RATES ARE CALCULATED
Once you have placed your order, I will research three options for transit: Overnight Delivery, Two-Day Service, or Three-Day Service. Rates depend on the size and weight of the shipping box and destination. The rates will then be forwarded to you to choose the service of preference. Please note that I may recommend Overnight Service in the event of possible inclement weather during transit.
I am not responsible for shipping delays caused by shipping service.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
