In the rase case of D.O.A.'s, (2) clear pictures of deceased fish in unopened bag or bags must be emailed to me within an hour of first delivery attempt. PLEASE NOTE THAT IF THERE IS ANY DEVIATION FROM OUR SHIPPING POLICY, GUARANTEE IS NULL AND VOID.
Once D.O.A. submissions have been received and approved; a confirmation email will be sent to you.
You will have the option of a refund for the deceased fish or replacement fish.
If you choose to have the deceased fish replaced, an additional shipping charge
will be accessed for delivery.
PLEASE NOTE THAT SHPPING CHARGES ARE NOT REFUNDABLE.
