In the rase case of D.O.A.'s, (2) clear pictures of deceased fish in unopened bag or bags must be emailed to me within an hour of first delivery attempt. PLEASE NOTE THAT IF FISH ARE LEFT OUTSIDE IN EXTREME HEAT OR COLD FOR A PERIOD OF TIME, GUARANTEE IS NULL AND VOID.
Once D.O.A. submissions have been received and approved; a confirmation email will be sent to you.
You will have the option of a refund for the deceased fish or replacement fish.
If you choose to have the deceased fish replaced, an additional shipping charge
will be accessed for delivery.
